Michael has led large-scale evangelistic initiatives through Gospel literature distribution, community outreach, and collaborative ministry efforts. Under his leadership, the Gospel Literature Distribution (GLD) Program has distributed Gospel booklets to more than 1.2 million people across Tanzania and other African countries by the end of 2024, with the ministry continuing to expand its impact.

Michael has provided leadership in church planting initiatives among diverse communities, with a strong focus on Unreached People Groups (UPGs) within Tanzania and beyond, equipping local leaders, strengthening emerging churches, and advancing sustainable, mission-focused ministry through strategic discipleship and partnerships.
